Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the current BitRealty marketing website. The website provides general brokerage information, contact options, a guided website assistant, a complimentary property valuation and market-study request, and an embedded IDX property search. The guided assistant helps visitors choose a topic and send an inquiry to BitRealty or start an optional human live-chat conversation; it does not independently provide property advice. The website does not currently provide BitRealty user accounts, an AI chatbot, marketplace transactions, cryptocurrency functionality, or CRM-based automated marketing.

You may contact BitRealty by email, telephone, the guided website assistant, the guided inquiry form, the optional live chat, or the property valuation and market-study form. The guided website assistant sends the information you enter to BitRealty. These forms send the information you enter to BitRealty and display a delivery confirmation or error message in the website. Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry type, property address, property type, intended timing, location or market, communication preference, and message. If you request a text response, BitRealty may text you about that request. This does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the form or ordinary email.

If you choose “Live chat with BitRealty” in the guided website assistant, the website loads a live-chat service provided by tawk.to. The service may process the contact information you enter, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, chat messages, conversation history, and technical information associated with the chat. BitRealty uses this information to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the real estate question you submitted.

Live-chat messages and related records may be stored and managed in tawk.to’s systems under its service and privacy terms. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information in a live-chat message. See the tawk.to privacy policy.

The Property Search page uses a server-side Repliers integration to display listing information supplied through BeachesMLS. Listing images load from Repliers, and maps use OpenStreetMap. Those services may receive technical request information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser or device information, the requested resource, and the date and time of access.

Property-search filters are placed in the page URL so results can be revisited or shared. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information into search fields. If you follow a property page into BitRealty’s guided inquiry form, the MLS number may be carried into that form for context; the inquiry is not sent until you choose to submit it.

BitRealty uses Vercel to host, deliver, secure, and monitor the website. Vercel may process technical request and operational information, including an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and date or time of access, under its service and privacy terms.

BitRealty also uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Web Analytics does not use cookies, and its page-view data is not tied to an individual customer or stored Internet Protocol address. It may record the time, URL or route, filtered query parameters, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. A privacy-preserving visitor identifier is reset daily, and the related visitor session is discarded after 24 hours.

BitRealty uses limited custom events to count clicks on certain “Start a Conversation” links, valuation funnel starts and step completions, successful inquiry deliveries, and failed delivery attempts. These events record only the event name, a general step name where applicable, and general source page and link location, such as the homepage or page hero, footer, or call to action at the end of a page. Delivery events may also include a broad traffic-source category, whether it came from a referrer or a tagged link, and a general landing-page category. These categories are kept in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes and are included with an inquiry only when you submit it. Raw referring URLs and arbitrary campaign text are not included. Names, property addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry types, context, message content, query parameters, and arbitrary URLs are not sent in these custom events. Please avoid including personal information in website URLs or query parameters.

Contact and valuation-form submissions are sent through the website to BitRealty’s Google-hosted business email account. Google and Vercel may process the information as service providers to deliver and secure the inquiry. BitRealty does not use form entries to create marketing or SMS enrollment, and the website does not currently send them to a CRM.

The website uses short-lived technical controls, including Internet Protocol-based rate limiting and spam checks, to protect the form from misuse.

BitRealty may use information to respond to inquiries, understand a prospective client’s request, provide and secure the website, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Formal brokerage services, if any, are governed by separate written agreements and applicable law.

Information may be shared with service providers, including Vercel, Google, tawk.to, Repliers, BeachesMLS, OpenStreetMap, and their supporting systems, that support hosting, email delivery, live chat, property search, security, analytics, or professional operations; with professional advisers; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction involving the company. The website is not designed to sell personal information.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be processed by service providers solely to operate the service, verify phone ownership and deliver requested messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

BitRealty, LLC also operates an invitation-only mobile app beta distributed through TestFlight. Its SMS program provides optional account notifications about new inquiries and replies in the recipient’s own app conversations. Website contact, valuation and live-chat forms do not enroll visitors in this program. SMS consent is not required to use BitRealty or purchase any service.

BitRealty may retain inquiries and related business records in its email and business systems as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs. Reasonable safeguards are used as appropriate to the information handled, but no website or ordinary email transmission is completely secure.

Third-party websites and hosting, email, analytics, or media services follow their own privacy practices. This website is intended for general adult real estate audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
