Program and choice
BitRealty, LLC offers optional automated SMS alerts about new inquiries and replies in your existing BitRealty app conversations. This program serves invited clients and agents in the private BitRealty app beta. Each person enrolls only their own account. Agents receive alerts for client inquiries and replies; clients receive alerts for agent replies in their own conversations. These alerts do not enroll you in marketing or property-listing promotions. Public website contact, valuation and live-chat forms do not enroll visitors in this app SMS program. Message frequency varies with conversation activity. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent is not a condition of creating or using an account, searching properties, sending inquiries, receiving replies in the app, purchasing services or using BitRealty. New accounts start with SMS off. You can use the app with all optional notifications off.
How to enroll
In the app, open Account → Notifications. Read the SMS disclosure, Privacy Policy and these terms. Enter and save your own phone number, and separately turn on “I agree to receive automated SMS alerts from BitRealty, LLC about new inquiries and replies in my BitRealty app conversations.” Saving a phone number alone does not enroll you. Phone ownership must be verified by a code before text alerts can begin. Selecting SMS while delivery setup is pending does not activate delivery.
SMS delivery is currently unavailable pending provider approval and activation. The updated enrollment screen is being prepared for the beta; see the enrollment guide and implementation screenshots. No SMS alerts will be sent until the required setup and verification are complete.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to stop text messages, or turn SMS off in Account → Notifications. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Stopping SMS does not remove your account or prevent you from reading and sending messages in the app. Reply HELP for help, visit app support, or email rbeckett@bitrealty.com. Replying START alone does not restore app enrollment; contact BitRealty to arrange fresh consent and verification.
Delivery and replies
Delivery depends on your mobile network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts direct you to the app; ordinary SMS replies do not create a conversation message in BitRealty. Do not use SMS alerts for emergencies or as confirmation of an appointment or transaction.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be processed by service providers solely to operate the service, verify phone ownership and deliver requested messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
