Help with BitRealty beta sign-in, saved homes, conversations and account deletion.

Effective September 15, 2026

For help with the BitRealty private beta, email rbeckett@bitrealty.com. Include your device model, operating system, app version and a short description of what happened. If you installed through TestFlight, you can also send feedback there. BitRealty, LLC operates the app.

Use the email address invited to the beta. Tap “Email me a sign-in link,” then open the latest BitRealty email on the iPhone where the app is installed and tap “Verify and sign in.” The link works once and expires in 10 minutes. Check spam if the email does not arrive. If a link expires or was already used, request a new one.

Accounts with an assigned password can choose “Use a password.” If you do not have a password, continue using email-button sign-in.

If sign-in succeeds but access is unavailable, check that you used the exact invited email address. Contact BitRealty if the invitation needs attention. Only workspaces assigned to your account appear in the account menu.

For an installed iPhone beta, request a new link from that app, then open the latest email on the same iPhone. A link requested from the Mac-only web preview returns to that Mac preview and cannot open it on your phone. If the address starts with 127.0.0.1 or localhost, it is a local preview address. Do not forward verification links to someone else.

Find your way around

  • Explore: browse live homes for sale or rent and filter your search.
  • Saved: return to saved homes and searches.
  • Messages: read inquiries and agent replies.
  • My agent: find your agent's information.
  • Account menu: switch authorized workspaces, open Privacy notice or Help and support, sign out, or delete your account.

Agents can choose their Agent workspace in Account, then open Today or Inquiries to read assigned conversations and reply. Brokerage owners have an additional office workspace. These options appear only for authorized accounts.

Notifications

The BitRealty app is an invitation-only private beta operated by BitRealty, LLC, the same business as BitRealty.com. Its optional SMS program sends account notifications about new inquiries and replies in the recipient’s own app conversations. Website contact, valuation and live-chat forms do not enroll visitors in this app SMS program.

SMS is optional and starts off for new accounts. Signing in, searching homes and using conversations do not require SMS consent. Saving a phone number alone does not enroll you. Read our SMS enrollment guide, SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS privacy information.

In an updated beta build, open Account → Notifications to choose push, email and SMS independently. You can select all, one, any combination, or none. Preferences apply to your account across its workspaces. Each agent controls their own choices.

Inquiries and replies use the channels you select once those channels are activated. Saved homes appear in the assigned agent’s activity summary instead of generating a separate alert for every like. A channel marked setup pending is not delivering yet.

Push requires an updated installed iPhone build and notification permission. SMS requires a verified phone number and consent; reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. If your current build has no Notifications screen, email rbeckett@bitrealty.com to change your preferences. Sign-in emails remain separate.

Understand the beta

The private iPhone beta displays live BeachesMLS listings; some earlier beta builds use illustrative sample homes. Sending a request does not book a showing. Check Messages for replies. Optional conversation alerts are being introduced in stages; live property alerts are not enabled. Contact your agent directly for an actual property or appointment.

Missing saved items or messages

Confirm the email shown in Account, check your connection and use “Refresh conversations” in Messages. Saved homes, searches and conversations belong to the signed-in account. Signing out hides them; signing back into the same active account restores them. The Mac web preview may require a new sign-in after its tab or browser is closed.

Report a conversation concern

In a conversation, choose “Report message” beneath a message from another person, select a reason and tap “Submit report.” To stop new messages between you, choose “Block sender” and confirm. Previous messages remain visible. Open Account → Blocked people to unblock someone. A block by the other person or a BitRealty messaging restriction may still prevent replies. Threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content and spam are not allowed. The automatic filter catches only some obvious abusive language; report concerns that get through. For urgent help, a concern about your brokerage owner or a test workspace without an owner, email rbeckett@bitrealty.com with the home name and approximate message time. This is not an emergency service.

Delete your account

Open the account menu, choose “Delete my account,” type DELETE, and choose “Permanently delete my account.” This removes your account, beta invitation, saved items and your client conversations. Messages you authored, including agent replies in other clients' conversations, are deleted. Those conversations and other participants' messages remain. You will need a new invitation to return. Signing out alone does not delete your account. If you cannot access the app, email rbeckett@bitrealty.com for help. Read the app privacy notice for details about retained records and provider logs.

Never include passwords, verification links or confidential client information in a support screenshot.

Live property search and nearby maps

The private iPhone beta includes BeachesMLS listings through Repliers. Choose Buy or Rent and search a city, neighborhood or address. Near me asks for optional foreground location access when tapped, rounds coordinates to roughly neighborhood precision and sends them with the radius through Supabase and BitRealty to Repliers. Apple Maps displays matching homes. Coordinates stay in app memory rather than saved searches or account records; providers may retain request logs. No background location tracking is used. You can decline location access and type an address, clear the location filter, or revoke access in device Settings. Tap Near me again to refresh your search location. Use while safely stopped. Live property alerts remain unconnected.
